VR Business Sales, Mergers & Acquisitions of Charlotte N.C. (www.vrcharlotte.com) has just completed the sale of Advanced Machining of Salisbury, NC. ZP Enterprises of Atlanta, GA is the purchaser. Brad Offerdahl, President of VR Business Sales, Mergers & Acquisitions Charlotte, represented the sellers on the transaction.
Established in 1985, Advanced Machining provides high-precision machining and tool making services. The company specializes in prototype and short-run production for industries such as power generation, aerospace, medical and automotive.
Precision machining and high-tech coating services are core sectors for ZP Enterprises. They are pleased to partner with the shareholders, who will continue to lead the company on a day-to-day basis. Offerdahl facilitated in all phases of the transaction, from the initial analysis through closing. Details were not disclosed.
