Jay Offerdahl
After graduating from Appalachian State with
a finance degree in June of 1996, Jay teamed with his father, Brad
and established the VR Charlotte office. Jay's dedication, hands-on
experience and education helped him achieve early success. In the
first year of business, Jay finished 3rd in the VR system for agents.
His success continues as Jay has placed in the Top Ten in 10 of
12 years, including being awarded the MVI, Most Valuable Intermediary,
for 2005, an award given to only one individual in the entire system.
Recently, Jay was placed #6 in the owner category for 2008. Jay,
along with Brad, spends a majority of his time with buyers and sellers,
but also collaborates with VR's agents when help is needed.
