Much like the establishment of VR Corporate in 1979, the Charlotte office was formed to address specific needs of business people. A service gap existed for entrepreneurs interested in buying and selling small and mid-sized businesses in the Carolinas. Having personally experienced this lack of service, Brad and Jay Offerdahl sought to bring the innovative and proven methodologies of VR to the Charlotte area.

Since its establishment in 1996, the Charlotte office has become one of the highest volume business brokerage offices in the country and has grown to include an experienced and diverse staff comprised of Sales Associates, Marketing Representatives, and Office Support Staff.

Through the experience and leadership of our owners and the hard work of our staff, we are fortunate to have been recognized as the highest volume VR office in the country four out of the past nine years and in the top 5 every year. As the nation’s largest professionally trained and most time-honored network of business brokers, VR Corporate has established a proven formula for success and we strictly adhere to that formula.
